The West Seattle Junction is right outside your front door. This 1 bedroom condo is across the street from the main restaurant district in town. 2 minute walk to newly opened QFC, Safeway, Starbucks, world famous Bakery Nouveau! and many other shops, too.

It's also right next to a major bus hub -- downtown in 10 minutes direct 2-3x per hour.

AWESOME LOCAL EVENTS! Farmers Market is every Sunday from 10am - 2pm right across the street. One of the best parts about living here for sure.

Newly remodeled bathroom, and huge California Closet. Condo will NOT be furnished. Parking is on the street. There are usually plenty of available spaces right outside the front door.

Private storage area is in the basement across from the laundry room. Community laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The condo is on the ground floor.

RENTAL TERMS: 12 month lease. First and last months rent plus $500 damage deposit. Sorry, no dogs because of the hardwoods. Cats are OK with $200 non-refundable fee. $35 application fee includes background check. Call or email to setup a visit. Thank you!

The main living area in the condo. Lots of privacy, especially when you lower the wood blinds. One of the best remodels I did was cutting out this hole and adding a folding shelve. Really opens up the kitchen and living room. This is really a big bedroom for a 1 br condo. Plenty of room for a large bed & frame.I used this area for my home office.Another awesome remodel was the "space optimization" of the closet. A buddy of mine built this from scratch and it is truly amazing.Always loaded with fresh cut flowers and organic produce. There's the condo on the left side, bottom floor. Lots of privacy with the trees.Feel free to garden here, or in the more private center courtyard. The condo is on the bottom floor, right side. (Notice the building side entrance behind that black car.)The main entrance with the buzzer to let your guests in. Can also call your cell phone and allow you to buzz them in even if you are not home.Very private setting, feel free to garden in here.Every Sunday from 10am - 2pm right across the street! A truly unique and awesome experience.Tons of vendors, food, people and fun. Every July for a 3 day weekend, right outside your front door. There's the condo and the amazing view of the Olympics. The condo is on the ground floor, right behind that blue balloon. It's nice to see all of the activity on the street from this spot, while still having privacy from the trees outside these windows.Very nice marmoleum floors.Plenty of room in the fridge, lots of storage space, too.Two more awesome improvements were the additions of the garbage disposal in mini-dishwasher.My wife enjoyed having her coffee & breakfast at this folding table.Increase the kitchen space by folding this table down when you are not using it. A great mini bar area! This is a very large bedroom. This is a nice touch. Originally there were 3 regular white doors for the closet area, and only a single shelve and a metal bar for hanging clothes..Right next to the entry is a coat closet with additional storage space.Completely remodeled a few years ago.Just down the hall from your front door is the mailbox. In the basement is a communal shop area. Great for small projects, painting, etc.2 washers, 2 dryers and few sinks. Only $1.25 per load and $1 per dry!Across from the laundry room in the basement is your storage area.
