The West Seattle Junction is right outside your front door. This 1 bedroom condo is across the street from the main restaurant district in town. It's also right next to a major bus hub -- downtown in 15 minutes direct 2-3x per hour.

2 minute walk to Safeway, Starbucks and many other shops. QFC, Office Depot, Whole Foods are under construction and should be ready in early 2009.

Heat, water, garbage are covered. You are only responsible for electric bill every two months... May/June 2008 electric bill was only $16.99!

You have the option of paying for cable and a land line. Cable is currently with Comcast around $45/month and the Internet is super fast, easily 1.5 mbps. Land line with Qwest around $25/month.

Farmers Market is every Sunday from 10am - 2pm right across the street. One of the best parts about living here for sure.

Parking is on the street. There are usually plenty of available spaces right outside the front door. I've never had any problem finding a spot in 3 years nor have my guests. The worst case is to park one street to the west and this happens about 1-2x per month.

The storage area is in the basement across from the laundry room. It is approximately 6x6 feet and padlock protected (although the walls are made of chicken wire so I never keep anything valuable down there).

The condo is on the ground floor. This is great because it makes bringing home groceries a breeze. There is no elevator for the upper floors.

RENTAL TERMS:

First, last month rent required to move in, plus a damage deposit of $700. Sorry, no dogs because of the hardwoods. Cats are OK with $150 refundable deposit. $35 application fee.

Available August 1st for a 6 month lease then month-to-month. Call or email to setup a visit.
